The Professional Granddaughter can provide assistance and support with cancer recovery, stroke recovery, injury recovery and rehabilitation, light meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing and toileting, basic housekeeping, laundry, gardening or yard work, running errands, and assistance to and from appointments.
In addition, Maggie has extensive experience with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, personal companionship, active/inactive chair-bound individuals, and Palliative (end-of-life) care. She has a great sense of humor, is incredibly patient and warm-hearted, and emanating a calm and loving demeanor. Maggie is more than happy to provide an abundance of glowing references from many satisfied clients whom she has provided outstanding care for.
As your loved one gets older they may need assistance with daily activities or need company throughout the day. You may also be their primary caregiver and need some help and support looking after them due to family obligations, conflicting work schedules, or other essential social commitments.

The Professional Granddaughter accepts serves seniors 60 years of age or older who are in need of:
Supervision in their home to augment independent living.
Have caregivers who need quality respite services.
Enrichment of daily activities through social interaction.
Assistance with daily living tasks such as eating, walking, toileting, bathing or showering, and basic housekeeping.
Examples of Seniors who may benefit from The Professional Granddaughter are:
Individuals suffering from melancholy or despondency due to isolation and/or loneliness.
Physically impaired seniors who are unable to receive basic care at home at all times.
Physically frail elders who need supervision while the primary caregiver works or receives respite from caregiving duties.
Cognitively impaired or mildly disoriented seniors whose altered behaviors can sometimes affect eating, dressing, toileting, and other daily activities, or who require supervision whilst they enjoy hobbies and other pastimes.
The Professional Granddaughter is unable to accommodate the following:
Persons who are deeply agitated or aggressive beyond the ability to ensure safety above all.
Persons with an unstable medical or phycological condition.
Persons who require the administration of intravenous, intramuscular, or subcutaneous medications during the hours of care.
